SMALLMOUTH BASS 

Georgian Bay offers some of the best smallmouth bass fishing in Canada, attracting both beginners and seasoned anglers alike. Its diverse underwater structure—combined with minimal fishing pressure—creates ideal conditions for targeting both large numbers and trophy-sized smallmouth bass. Come explore the crystal-clear, uncharted waters of Georgian Bay for your next smallmouth bass adventure.
Full day charter (8hours): $750
Half day charter (5hours): $600

WALLEYE 

Walleye fishing on Georgian Bay offers a rewarding experience for anglers. While spring and fall are prime seasons for targeting larger fish, early morning and evening bites during the summer can also be highly productive, making walleye a great addition to a multi-species day on the water.

PIKE

LAKE TROUT

Lake trout fishing on Georgian Bay offers an exciting deep-water experience for anglers looking to target one of the bay’s most iconic cold-water species. Whether you're jigging or trolling, Georgian Bay provides excellent opportunities to catch both numbers and trophy-sized lake trout.

PICKUP LOCATIONS
In addition to guided fishing trips departing from Parry Sound, I offer convenient pick-up and drop-off services for clients staying at water front access locations on Georgian Bay. I can meet you right at your dock to make your trip as seamless and enjoyable as possible. We also provide guided fishing trips outside the Parry Sound area and are happy to travel to other parts of Georgian Bay to accommodate your location. Just let me know where you're staying and I’ll do my best to tailor the experience to your needs. 

Please note that the prices listed are starting rates and may vary depending on your pick-up and drop-off location, especially if it requires travel to more remote parts of Georgian Bay. When booking, please provide your exact location so we can give you an accurate quote and ensure a smooth and personalized experience on the water.

 
WHAT TO BRING?
  • Valid Ontario Fishing License (resident or non-resident)

  • Food and drinks in a small cooler (no alcohol)

  • Sunscreen and polarized sunglasses 

  • Appropriate clothing and footwear based on weather conditions

  • Please bring your own life jacket for anyone under 18. We supply adult lifejackets but please bring your own if you prefer.

CANCELLATION & DEPOSIT POLICY

We require a $150 deposit at the time of booking, which will be deducted from the total cost of the trip. Cancellations must be made at least three (3) days prior to the scheduled trip date to qualify for a deposit refund. All refunds will be issued via e-Transfer. 

The wind and weather on Georgian Bay can be unpredictable, and safety is our top priority. In the event of unsafe weather conditions, Island Fishing Charters reserves the right to cancel trips at any time. Should this occur, your deposit will be fully refunded.

CATCH AND RELEASE POLICY 

At Island Fishing Charters, we are committed to the long-term health and sustainability of Georgian Bay’s fishery. All trophy-sized fish—including musky—are strictly catch and release. These mature fish play a critical role in maintaining healthy populations.

Our guides are trained in proper handling techniques to minimize stress and injury to the fish. We encourage quick photos and safe releases. By practicing responsible catch and release, we help preserve the exceptional quality of fishing on Georgian Bay for years to come.
